We’ve collected grounds for objection that are supported by evidence, to give the strongest information to support your own personal objections. These are grouped by the ‘material grounds’ the council can accept as reasons for objection: Amenity, Design, Environment, Policy and Access:

NEW: Updated full letter template (very long!). This is the version we used at our Objection Sessions at St James the Less, on Saturday 11th February. The red text is for each point, the black text beneath it is the ‘evidence’ to support that point: feel free to edit, or send it as it is. Remember to add your name and address, and sign it before sending.
